Master Planning
The Vertex staff was responsible for the creation of two award-winning master plans, including the first of it's kind County Water Master Plan in Colorado. Our firm has also partnered with other firms to support the development of numerous comprehensive plans, downtown plans, infrastructure master plans, and corridor plans.
Horizontal Construction Management
Our team provides construction management services that include onsite representation and daily site visits to verify contractor work and maintain alignment with project plans. We are responsible for overseeing administrative and financial tasks, including invoice review, budget monitoring, cost estimating, and preparation of regular progress reports highlighting schedule updates and project issues. Our staff works closely with owners, contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and agencies to coordinate scheduling, permitting, inspections, and materials certification. Through consistent communication, team coordination, and utility management, we help keep projects on track and minimize delays and rework.
Stormwater Management
Our team provides Stormwater Certified Inspection services in Colorado, supporting compliance with CDPS permit requirements and local regulations. We are responsible for conducting routine site inspections, documenting conditions, and ensuring proper installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures. Our staff works closely with contractors, owners, and regulatory agencies to address deficiencies promptly and maintain accurate reporting. Through proactive coordination and oversight, we help minimize environmental impacts and keep projects aligned with all stormwater compliance standards.
Public Infrastructure
The provision of public utilities is often the limiting factor for new development. Vertex is well versed in planning for utility services as well as ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations associated with approval of infrastructure extensions.
